Office Clerk

ICI Limited Is looking for Office Clerk that will undertake general administration and clerical support to help the day-to-day running of the office.
The selected candidate will be working closely with the members within our Accounts and HR team, as well as liaising with various employees throughout.
You will be responsible to carry out the following duties (amongst others):
Filing and other administrative duties
Assisting in the company’s bookkeeping operations by posting general documents;
Assisting in the issuing of payments to suppliers;
Preparing reconciliations
Assist in office management and organisation procedures
Monitor stocks of office supplies and report when there are shortages
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
Excellent communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English,
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Be familiar with accounting software SAGE,
Be organised, methodical and have an eye for detail and capable of working on your own initiative while forming an important part of a team environment.
