Inspired by the flavours and colours of French cuisine, Margaux Restaurant brings modern European dishes to Malta with fresh, simple ingredients at heart, paired with carefully selected wines from the French region.
We are seeking to employ the services of Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie on a full time/part time basis.
Applicants must be strong in driving and motivating the team towards achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
In addition candidates must be
1. Hard working, organised, smart and flexible
2. Passionate, dedicated and creative about food
3. Self confident with an outgoing personality
4. Committed to providing high quality throughout
5. Capable of working under stressful but rewarding environments.
6. Answerable to the head chef
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
Qualifications
A minimum of two years experience in a busy or high end restaurant in Malta
