A vacancy has arisen with The Preluna Hotel for a Purchasing Clerk (Part time with flexible hours) to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Sourcing and comparing best products at the best prices
• Placing timely orders with suppliers specifying accurate pricing, amounts, best qualities and delivery date.
• Following up on undelivered orders.

Qualifications

Ideally, you will need to have:
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Fluency in Maltese is preferred. Knowledge of English is a must.
Desired skills:
• Able to adhere to strict deadlines
• Be organized and possess an eye for detail
