The Challenges
Directs dining room and coordinates food and beverage service activities including assignment of stations to all servers. Assists with the duties of servers to maintain service effectiveness and efficiency.
Supervises the operation of the dining room during meal service periods adjusting patron-seating flow and maintains overall responsibility for the Dining Rooms and resolves any customer complaints.
Maintains time sheet, cash and stock keeping records.
Assists with customer demands, requirements and enquiries and graciously assists guests during dining experience.
Ensure efficient operation and maintain budget targets.

The Applicant
25 - 40 years of age
Mature, well mannered, impeccably groomed and with an outward disposition
Experienced in the same or similar position
Excellent educational and food service background
Computer literate

Established in 1975 the Bacchus Restaurant has been serving high level dining experiences and has established a reputation for quality meals and service.
The Company caters for the individual as well as the banqueting sector.
The Bacchus is housed in extensive property with extensive facilities in Mdina.
The working environment can be hectic at times during peak periods.
A fine Brigade mans the kitchen which is extensivly equipped.
