Housekeeping Supervisor
Grand Hotel Gozo
Key responsibilities:
• Make sure that all our customer rooms and public areas are cleaned to a standard that is second to none
• Support the Head Housekeeper in ensuring all of the members of the Housekeeping Team receive full training
• Control stock levels
• Arrange the daily shifts for the Housekeeping Team
• Undertake checks of rooms to ensure high standards are kept to
• Oversee the day to day running of the department in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
Qualifications
Skills:
• Determined and Enthusiastic
• Happy to work as part of a team
• Good level of spoken English
Profile:
• Proven management ability in a similar role within a 4* property
• To be passionate about cleanliness and presentation
• To enjoy the buzz of being busy
• To be committed to work hard as part of our Housekeeping Team which will include weekends and public holidays
• Be willing to be hands on and assist where needed with cleaning of the rooms too.
Experience required: 3 years minimum in a similar role
