Skyestates is pleased to inform you that we are currently searching for an Architect consultant / Draughtsperson to join our team on a full-time basis. Due to the consistent increase in workload, a CAD Draughtsperson is now required to join the expanding team. The Department Manager hopes to source an individual who wishes to develop within the organization, helping to illustrate and create presentations of different properties for commercial purposes.

Based on our offices in San Gwan and within a team of talented professionals and leaders, you will:

Possess excellent AutoCAD software experience
Be confident producing fully co-ordinated and accurate drawings
Be fluent in English
Have strong presentation skills
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
Have good previous experience on interior projects

The ideal candidate should be proficient in ACAD, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop, also he/she will have:
Excellent organizational skills and being attentive to detail
Excellent understanding of the planimetric drawings and experience in the 3D space.
Analytical attributes having problem-solving skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision and a good team player
Possess a positive attitude and a confident personality
Flexible approach to work and adhering to deadlines
Excellent communication in both English, Maltese will be considered as an advantage.

The selected candidate will join a team of professionals working in the development, illustration, and promotion of a variety of residential and commercial projects and properties.

Qualifications

MCAST qualified applicants in 3D Design, architects, 3D designers, and Interior design will be given preference.
