Reporting to the Shift Leader, the main responsibilities will include:
• To ensure production output of flex cells is achieved;
• Co-ordinate the employee’s activity to maximise machine output;
• To perform minor interventions on the flex cells;
• Ensure that flex cells are always operational;
• Be the point of reference to the shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• Be of a flexible and adaptable nature;
• Be willing to work on shift basis;
• Be self-motivated and able to work in a team;
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills;
• Have a good understanding of the English language;
• Possess leadership characteristics.
