La Valette Bar & Restaurant (Republic Street, Valletta) is now operating under new management. As part of our expansion we are seeking to engage a passionate Team Leader on a full time basis. As a key member of our management team, the right candidate must ensure that the venue operates in an efficient and professional way.


Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the operation with a hands on approach.
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure that standards of service and food presentation are maintained
- Coach and develop employees to be more efficient and productive
- Monitor stock inventory to ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Contribute to the organization of promotional events
- Ensure proper cash management and cost control
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Train staff in providing excellent service to customers

Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience and/or education in the field is a must
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good command of English and/or Maltese languages
