We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our kitchen with the position of Chef de Partie presently available.

59 Republic is a fine dining restaurant situated in Valletta offering excellence in cuisine and service.

You would be working in a fast-paced kitchen on an international level with good remuneration packages available with staff meals provided.

You would be working with our Sous Chef and Executive chef to assist with preparation and cooking of the menu whilst maintaining the highest levels of efficiency, hygiene and quality.
