Our client is aa dynamic, professional services business focused on licensed and regulated financial clients and markets.
Responsible for converting data (leads) into activation and assisting potential clients to process FTDs to trade on the company platform.
• Manage data (leads) received • Initiate first contact with potential clients and convert lead into activations • Ensure responsible trading and compliance with all regulations and company policies • Provide training to clients on using the Company platform and deposit process • Successfully present products by using effective sales and persuasion skills in addition to solid product knowledge and compliance regulations • Ensure all information on new activations is completed accurately for Account managers • Ensure flow of new business to the retention department
Qualifications
Competencies:
Excellent spoken and written English • Target driven • Ability to work under pressure • Exceptional communication skills (written and oral) • Good listening and persuasion skills • Computer literacy
Education and Experience:
- Completed Secondary
- Sales diploma advantageous
- 1- 2 years’ experience in a sales role
