COMMIS CHEF

Giannini Restaurant Est.1988 is a family Run business, located on ST. Michael’s Bastions, overlooking Sliema Creak, Manoel Island and Marsamxetto Harbour.

The Restaurant is currently looking for enthusiastic and creative Commis Chef to assist in the running of the kitchen on a full time basis.

Previous experience will be an asset. Candidates must be currently living in Malta and with a valid work permit and have their own transport. Candidates must be fluent in English, work under pressure and assists the Chef. Must be creative and have a good knowledge in food.

Must be flexible to work Lunch & Dinner ( Sunday & Monday Closed).

Will be Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area. Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
