Full Time Maintenance

We are currently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Person to join our company.

We are looking for a hardworking Maintenance Person to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, typically at our rental apartments or as otherwise requested by management. The person filling this position will be carrying out various jobs from painting, plumbing, electrical works, general installations and repairs to preventative maintenance and any other duties that might occur.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform basic tasks including painting, managing maintenance repairs etc;
- Identify and report the need for repairs;
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing;
- Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs.

Requirements:

- Positive attitude;
- Attention to detail;
- Organised, flexible, trustworthy;
- Capable of working efficiently with minimal supervision;
- Problem solver and capable of general troubleshooting;
- Able to speak and write in English and have good communication skills;
- In possession of a driving license.
