Key Responsibilities with suppliers
- To coordinate orders, liaise with suppliers and finalise shipments
- Payment posting and issuing
- Review documentation and proceed with import entries
Key Responsibilities with customers
- To organise appointments with local customers and liaise with the warehousing persons
- Ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Debt Collection
We are looking for candidates who have strong organizational skills and who are natural communicators.
Qualifications
Previous experience in accounts and the required competences in Shireburn WinSims and SFM is essential.
