59 Republic is a fine dining restaurant situated in Valletta and is recruiting the following position.

Basic Duties: We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team, you will be responsible for organisation, general cleaning and light maintenance of the restaurant. Perform various cleaning duties such as sweeping, dusting, cleaning mirrors and glass and mopping floors. Cleaning of bar area, assistance in the kitchen and maintain the rest rooms to a high standard.

Hours are flexible and would require some day and night shifts.

Skills:

Good ability for the English language
Ability to take direction with a good attitude
Ability to work in a team environment and work calmly under pressure.
Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

All employees are expected to comply with all company policies and procedures and must be presently residing in Malta.
