His/Her role will be:
1) Maintaining a good working environment where creativity, continuous improvement and continuous criticism are the standard.
2) To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils & equipment.
3) To assist in developing dishes for incorporation in the menus.
4) Highly competent in the following : fish, meat and poultry cooking, the preparation of vegetables, basic stock, soups & sauce.
5) Ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Main Qualifications:
• At least 4 years experience in a Chef De Partie role
• Experience in a Mediterranean Cuisine restaurant
• Fluent in English and Italian

Other Qualifications :
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Knowledge of best cooking practices
• Previous experience in running a section in a busy kitchen
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment
• Ability to work on own initiative
