M & E Supervisor

Main Duties (KPIs):
1) Manage several M&E Installation Projects;
2) Manage, Teach and Mentor the Personnel and Installers engaged for such projects;
3) Utilise leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximise employee productivity and
satisfaction;
4) Propose, Identify and Implement new procedures to maximise efficiency;
5) Represent company at meetings with project clients and other stakeholders as required;
6) Overseeing of material, equipment, drawings, manuals and deliveries onsite;
7) Maintaining of Records and Project Files;
8) Submitting reports as requested from time to time;
9) Trigger orders as required for the completion of projects;
10) Ensuring that Billing is being done properly and on time;
11) Liaise with Other Managers in relation to Business Needs;
12) Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by dealing with the customers with responsibility and
professionally;
13) Ensuring that the work being done is according to the quality and ethical standards established
by the Employer.
Qualifications
Requisites:
1) Experience and Knowledge in M&E Project Supervision;
2) Ability to Explain, Demonstrate and Problem Solve M&E Works;
3) Communication, Leadership and Coaching Skills;
4) Able to Promptly Resolve Team Problems;
5) Organised Prioritisation Skills and able to Balance Conflicting Priorities and
6) Time Management Skills and able to Complete Commitments in an Accurate and Timely
Manner
