Electromobility Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Follow the Product Development Manager’s instructions;
• Technical analysis of workshop related consumption and stocks;
• Maintain records and issue regular reports of electricity consumption and stock of inventory;
• Liaising with suppliers and assisting with procurement;
• Control and assist in the webpage development and its maintenance;
• Issue regular reports of the department’s KPIs;
• Assist the Product Development Manager with administrative tasks;
• Assist with daily queries received from Transport Malta;
• Liaise with insurance Company for accident claims and other similar matters;
• Ensure effective performance of the team of technicians working in the workshop;
• Follow the Company’s health and safety policies and procedures;
• Carry out any other duties allocated by the Product Development Manager.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Technical degree or a similar qualification;
• Project Management Certification;
• Hands-on experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset;
• Ability to work within a team as well as on own initiative;
• Analytical skills and problem solving skills;
• Excellent communications skills, especially in English;
• Problem diagnostics and detection.
