Process Engineering Manager

• Manage the process Engineering team in order to improve quality, yield and productivity.
• The process eng team will be responsible to:
• Define and implement working procedures and working instructions.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis activities.
• Monitor T&F First Pass Yields and performance to meet company targets.
• Support Engineering team in qualification activities and technology transfers following standard process and release to production flow.
• Manage procedural control and support to develop and maintain process and operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP);
• Deliver One-Point Lessons to Operators.
• Conducting process line audits.
• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
• To drive paperless and digitalization projects to have a process ready to move versus I4.0

Qualifications

• Technical Degree in engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science and other related areas)
• Experience: 2-5 years
• Be responsible and attentive to details.
• Possess strong communication skills, both spoken and written and ability to interact with all levels of employees.
• Have good command of English.
• Have a ‘Quality First’ mentality
• Has hardworking attitude, focus and determine in root cause problem solving skill sets
• Work experience in Test & Finishing and Burn-in processes with good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area will be considered an asset.
