Role purpose: To be responsible for the upkeep of all properties functioning within the organisation

Key accountabilities and decision ownership :
• Complete all emergency repairs in properties assigned
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance checks in all properties
• Minor electrical repairs and installations
• Painting
• General repairs and furniture installations
• Minor carpentry
• Moving furniture and equipment, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

Possession of wireman licence preferable
Must have clean driving licence
