A. Scope and General Purpose of the Job
To carry out general maintenance work in a preventive and correct manner as instructed by his superiors according to the standards established by the Company.


B. Relationships
The Handyman will liaise and collaborate with..
• His superiors.
• All Staff in the Maintenance Department.
• Rooms Division Departments.




C. Responsibilities

• Works according to the instructions given to him from day to day by his superiors.

• Strictly follows hygiene and safety rules and practices.

• Uses and handles tools and equipment strictly according to the instructions given to him.


• Familiarize himself with the house rules and the department’s Quality Standards and Operating Procedures.

• Performs any other duties as instructed by his superiors.
