Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is curious about joining the call centre industry, eager to learn, does not mind working in fast-paced environment, and especially a goal-getter.

Ideal candidates will be trained to represent one of our Clients and will be assisting its customers via phone, social media, and/or emails. We are recruiting full or part-timers, depending n the sections.

Other requirements which are essential for this role:

• One has to be fluent in Maltese and English, both spoken and written in order to handle calls
and emails;
• Good communication, writing and listening skills are very important in this role;
• A can-do attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative with limited supervision;
• Computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate
