We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team. Someone with experience in Mediterranean cuisine is preferred. At least one year experience in the field is required. An attractive salary package will be given to the right candidate. Both full time and part time positions are available.

The main role will be:
1. Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
2. Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
3. Monitoring Portion and waste control
4. Assisting the Head chef in generating new daily specials

-Able to speak/understand English and/or Maltese
-Able to keep working environment clean
-Able to work as part of a team
-Able to prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes
