1) Assist customers in finding the item they require;
2) Promote company’s extensive range of products and give advice on product selection;
3) Secure and follow up orders to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction;
4) Prepare quotations and product documentation as required;
5) Assist in the collection of payments from customers;
6) Maintain and promote a good long lasting relationship with customers;
7) Answer customer queries;
8) Deal with customer’s disputes, complaints and warranty claims;
9) Keep the shop area clean, tidy & up to date;
10) Receive and store delivery of stock;.
11) Load, unload and deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner;
12) Schedule outside appointments with prospective new customers.

Qualifications

1) Customer and sales focused
2) Flexible, detail oriented, professional and positive attitude
3) Excellent communication and organization skills
4) Ability to communicate in Maltese and English
5) Ability to understand the importance of given deadlines
6) Computer literate and holds basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
7) Clean transport driving licence and good conduct
8) Training will be provided, however, technical knowledge will be considered an asset
