We manage privately owned units and maximize the return on the owner’s property investment by focusing on the short-let market. We offer an end-to-end full management service (i.e. 24/7 online communication, check-in/out, cleaning, maintenance and laundry service, pricing optimization and much more). Whether guests are visiting, vacationing or traveling for business, we can accommodate them at one of our properties.

As a Housekeeper you will join our company to coordinate and organise the housekeeping team, ensuring delivery of exceptional standards and guest service in our property portfolio of 70+ properties. As a hands-on and proactive leader, you will have a focus on quality, attention to detail and in developing and supporting your colleagues to achieve high service standards. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be a fantastic team player; passionate about people, your team and delivery of excellent guest service. With this in mind you will have proven experience as a Housekeeper within a similar quality hotel or property management environment or be able to demonstrate you are ready to take your career to the next level.
Qualifications
The Skills You'll Need:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Strong leadership skills including mentoring, training and disciplinary action
• Highly organized
• High comfort level with technology. We use our custom developed management software to manage all aspects of our business.
• You maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
• Housekeeping experience
• Experience with supply ordering and inventory management
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
