Qualifications
Responsibilities
· Repair, install, and adjust industrial equipment
· Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
· Perform routine preventative maintenance
· Perform planned maintenance
· Diagnose faults
· Prepare on a daily basis parts and tools for each activity
· Complete work in a timely and professional manner
· Provide timely and quality repairs
· Maintain high quality customer service
· Meet key performance metrics
· Maintain logs, record labour, material and equipment used
· Respond quickly to emergency situations
Requirements
· M&E related qualification/s
· Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar position
· Previous experience in machinery and electrical is extremely helpful
· Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to handle physical workload
· Good knowledge of industrial cooling systems in the catering industry
· Familiar with all kinds of refrigeration systems
· High analytical and statistical capabilities
· High capability to analyse problems and make decisions
· Basic Computer Skills
· Experience on medium and large industrial refrigeration systems
· Wireman licence A and B would be considered a plus
· Work well in a team
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Excellent communication skills
· Possess a clean driving licence
· ‘Can do’ approach
· Ability to perform accurate repair of products
· Ability to use computer for parts and ordering
· Trade knowledge including the use of tools and test equipment
