The Assistant Store Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources functions of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability.
Main responsibilities:
- Medical device sales; call patients; make appointments;
- Customer assistance guaranteeing full satisfaction;
- Manage goods sorting activities, inventory and warehouse;
- Cash transactions;
- Collaborate in the administrative management of store personnel;
- Plan the activities of the Store's sales team daily, monitoring the achievement of the assigned objectives;

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- Knowledge of English (possibly also Italian and Maltese);
- Experience in the role; possibly from the pharmaceutical / medical sector
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools; Mastery of the Office Package;
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills;
- Strong organizational skills; problem solver;Team building skill;
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations;
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule;
- Own car;
