Conditions:
Full time (40 hours per week), day only basis, on a roster basis that includes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
General Tasks & Duties:
Daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen equipment, serving equipment, trolleys and other food containers,
floors and surfaces and the Company’s premises in general. Perform any other general tasks as may be
instructed from time to time by superiors, including but not limited to:
• Help unload trolleys and equipment from vehicles and moving to washing area.
• Remove dirty cutlery, crockery and trays from trolleys.
• Throw away in bins any leftover food and disposable products
• Empty garbage bins and waste baskets regularly and transport immediately to disposal area.
• Wash and sanitise crockery, dishes, trolleys, buckets, crates and any other equipment in use
for the catering operation.
• Use of industrial dishwasher or power washer as necessary.
• Wash properly and in a timely manner pots, pans and kitchen related equipment as required
during kitchen operation
