The chosen candidate will be responsible for monitoring, processing, and recording a company's deliveries including merchandise, stock, materials, and supplies in a warehouse and dispatch environment.

She / he will be also responsible for the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies, preparing paperwork for shipments, generate inventory reports, liaising with respective departments and suppliers, maintaining documentation of goods shipped, coordinate with couriers to pick up shipments from suppliers and warehouse, track and update the status of all shipments, compile regular reports for management and other tasks which may be required from time to time.

Qualifications

Even though training will be provided, previous experience in a similar post will be considered an asset.

Be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Maltese, both written and verbal, will be considered an asset.
