Job Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in English and Maltese, to assist in our HR recruitment duties. Work includes dealing with job vacancies, handling telephone calls, and inputting data in our system. The successful candidate needs to have a positive work attitude and excellent communication skills. Some experience in sales will be considered an asset, but it is not essential.
Job type: Full-time employment.
Location: The job is remote. Our employees can work from home / from different locations.
Working hours: Flexible, but mainly between 8:00 and 17:00.
Salary: As remuneration, we offer a fixed monthly salary together with a generous commission based on the results. The company will also cover all travel/fuel costs. The salary is 500 Euro for a Part-Time position and 1000 Euro for full-time.
Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, generating reports and presentations, searching for job vacancies,
contacting local companies/employers, following up on meetings and correspondence,
answering telephone calls and inputting data in our system.
Occasionally, the employee will need to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings,
create presentations and conduct research.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain at all times polite and professional communication by phone and e-mail.

Qualifications
• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Proactive and positive attitude towards others.
• Prior sales and administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
