Working in a busy notarial office, tasks will include:
- Handling clients' calls and giving replies via phone or email;
- Calling customers with appointments and other replies;
- Handling the flow of people at the office by ushering in clients and seeing who they are and what they require
- Assisting the notaries with document preparation, file preparation, preparation of forms;
- Preparing copies and sending them by post;
- Registering documents on online portals;
- Ordering documents from online portals;
- Other clerical duties such as photocopying copies during appointments, scanning searches and documents;
- At times running errands in Valletta or in some other places;
- Archiving files and documents
- Assisting clients as the need arises;
Qualifications
An Advanced Level of Education or equivalent
Ability to handle deadlines, work diligently and with attention to detail.
Courteous and polite when taking calls
Fluency in both English and Maltese is a must.
Nice to have: Experience in a legal office
Working hours: A 40 hour week. (twice a week till 5.30pm, twice a week till 7pm and Fridays till 3pm).
