Full time Demi/Chef de Partie

We are looking for a Demi/Chef de Partie to join our team on a full time basis! We are located in Birkirkara and we're open in the mornings from 8-4.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and trying out new things, someone who has experience working a la carte and can manage their own section. Ideal candidate must speak English, residing in Malta, has experience working in high volume places, can work under pressure.

We are open from Tuesday to Saturday and planning on opening on Sunday soon

Qualifications

Ideal candidate must speak English and be in Malta

Ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a busy restaurant or/and has worked in a la carte kitchen before.

Has some experience managing a section in the kitchen, sent out food orders to suppliers, manage prep stock rotation, good work attitude.

Ideal candidate can work under pressure and well within a small team.
