Industrial Motors Ltd specialises in Automotive and has an opportunity for a Storekeeper to join our team on full-time basis.

You will be responsible for the unpacking and binning of parts, assisting parts personnel in the day-to-day duties which may arise.


Tasks:
• Receive, unload, and bin parts.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including part returns, packing, picking and labelling parts / racks.
• Inspect received parts for damages or discrepancies and report to Supervisor of anything which might not conform with the company’s standards.
• Upkeeping of Stores, making sure that the stores area is tidy and clear of all possible hazards; dispose of any packaging which is no longer needed.
• Ensure that any record keeping needed is up to date and manage all documentation.
• Making the necessary arrangements needed when Shipments are due to arrive.
• Liaise with the Workshop to make sure that shipments can be unloaded safely and uninterrupted.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Fluency in Maltese and English
• O’ Level standard of education
• Computer Literate
• Previous experience in a similar post
