QUANTITY SURVEYOR

An established company for property maintenance is seeking to employ an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR” with following qualifications:

? Adequate experience of construction/property maintenance works, estimating and able to prepare bills of quantity for different projects.
? In-depth knowledge of building maintenance and its principles and guidelines
? Good organizational skills, able to organise, plan, and strategize when necessary
? Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to write detailed and concise reports and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other relevant stakeholders efficiently and effectively
? To supervise company employees regularly at different worksites, ensure good timekeeping and observance of health and safety regulations at worksites.
? To prepare weekly progress reports.
? To liaise with the company site foremen and report directly to the company Projects Manager.
? At least three years of proven work experience in a relevant industry

This is a full-time employment on an automatically renewable definite contract at the exigence of the company.

Remuneration is € 1,600.00 per month for duration of the contract.
