Job Description
We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Compile orders by preparing all Purchase Orders and submitting orders
- Plan and track shipment of final products
- Communicate with suppliers, and shipping companies to achieve profitable deals
- Maintain logs and records executed orders
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Prepare delivery sheets
- Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible
- Updating of Sales Orders where necessary.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in this field
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must have an A level standard of education
- Be able to communicate in a professional manner between departments, clients, and suppliers
- Be a team player
- Be organized, flexible, and able to work on own initiative
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
