Sales and Marketing Clerk

Green Skip Services Ltd is Malta's leading waste Management Company with over 20 years of experience in this industry is currently seeing an ambitious individual to fill the post of Sales and marketing clerk .

Main duties will be but are not restricted to

• Assisting the MD in all the required tasks pertaining to the Sales Office.
• Keeping records of all sales orders and updating of products inventory
• Handling incoming calls pertaining to sales.
• Conducting research on equipment for tenders or purchases
• Going out of the office on company errands
• Overseeing and preparing documents for Tenders
• Handling of daily task that may arise.
• Filing and document organisation

Candidates applying must enjoy working in a constant changing environment have an eye for detail and enjoy meeting and talking with new and existing clients.

Qualifications

Must have a flexible approach and a can do attitude.
Must have experience in Sales and Preparation of Tender Documentation for Submission or willing to undergo
training on sales and tender application procedures.

ECDL qualification
Minimum of an ‘O’ Level Standard of Education.

Candidates must be willing to undergo training which may lead to further career development .
