ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Sunday in Scotland is an artistic and artisanal brand providing chocolates, cakes, pastries and several savoury creations. We are currently looking for an ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT to join our Finance Department to support with the daily accounting and administrative tasks.

The main responsibilities include managing expense reports and reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our databases and reconciling invoices. The Accounting Assistant will also assist in the internal stock control and support purchases.

This position is offered on full-time basis with the main workplace being in Fgura, Malta.

This is an opportunity to join an expanding company with an international team. The right candidate will have the chance to grow together with the company.

Qualifications

Requirements:
- Must be meticulous and precise with eye for detail
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Experience with data-entry tasks will be a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Must be able to work on own initiative and in a team
