Full / Part Time persons needed for work in a production unit using cook and chill production process.
Your main duties will revolve around the preparation, portioning or plating of cooked, chilled food for the dispatching to various clients. You will be required to handle and carry trolleys and dishes within the production unit and in and out of cold rooms.
Malta Healthcare Caterers adopts strict policies and work practices related to Food Hygiene and Health & Safety. Training will be provided in line with these Company procedures.
You will be expected to familiarise yourself with and perform the tasks assigned in strict adherence to these policies so that the highest quality standards are met.
Qualifications / Experience
Candidates are expected to be able to read and write in English and Maltese
Previous experience in a food manufacturing setup and food handling license would be ideal, however training will be provided as necessary.
