We are a growing software development Company, currently looking for a Customer Service and IT Support agent to join our team.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be:
• Installation and configuration of local and network shared printers;
• Installation and configuration of antiviruses and firewalls;
• Provision of customer service through different means (phone, mail, chat etc.) in various languages (training will be provided).

Qualifications / Experience
• Fluency in Italian and Spanish is a must;
• Good command of English language;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows
• Experience working with network protocols (Setting up VPNs, IP Address configuration, Remote Desktops, debugging of remote connection problems);
• Good knowledge of computer architecture (hardware and software);
• Using Viewing Devices to retrieve hardware inventory information;
• Customer – oriented approach;
• Working time flexibility.
