Job Details

The ideal candidate will provide IT support services to the external customer base, ensuring that work is successfully prioritised and completed. This role involves working closely with the manager and being at the forefront of resolving all client IT related issues mostly on-site and by phone or remote support. On a daily basis, the selected candidate will receive a number of calls from clients and set up appointments to solve their ICT issues on-site, over the phone, or remotely. Own transport preferred.


Qualifications / Experience

The selected candidate must be:
• Courteous and enjoys meeting and working with people.
• Able to work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• After sufficiently getting to know the clients must be able to work on his own with little supervision and report daily to the manager.
• Flexible in providing occasional on-call out of hours support (against extra payment).
• Ideally but not necessarily have own transport and is will
