Job Details

Active Car Rental is a car hire company offering also car leasing, sales and car parking services from offices in Luqa.

We are seeking to recruit a reservations & general administration clerk for the following duties:

Handling and inputting reservations for car rental, ground transport and parking services
General correspondence and completing contracts with clients for car rental and parking services
Daily sales and charges reconciliation
Posting of purchase invoices in accounting system
Bank reconciliations
Answering office phone calls and general emails
Other secretarial and administrative duties as may be required or added on from time to time


Qualifications / Experience

Applicant must be able to communicate fluently and in English and one other language,

Have a smart appearance, be customer oriented, very organised and responsible in nature.

Very knowledgable with Microsoft Word and Excel.

A valid driving licence and ECDL certification will also be considered as assets.

An O level or equivalent in Accounting and use of accounting software would also be considered assets.
