Job Details


We are looking for a dynamic individual, with an administration and accounting background.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Accountant & company directors and will be assisting in the daily operations of the Finance & Administration Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations

• Posting of data using SAGE Evolution Pastel software

• Debtors chasing

• Maintaining the accounting records by making copies, scanning and filing documents

• Drafting emails

• Ad-hoc reports

• Liaising with Government entities
 

Qualifications / Experience


• At least one year experience in the same or similar role

• Good IT skills, knowledge of Sage in particular will be considered an asset

• Good level of spoken & written English

• Ability to work in team & also on their own initiative

• Although training will be provided, basic knowledge of accounting will be considered as an asset

• Highly organized & able to meet deadlines

• Clean police conduct
