Job Details

Stylish Bathrooms & Ceramics is seeking to employ a full time Office Clerk to join the current team. The duties and requirements related to this position are as follows:


• Assist the logistics department in the day to day duties
• Handle documentation linked to the orders
• Liaising with internal parties
• Perform any other duties assigned by direct superiors from time to time
• Have a can-do attitude and be able to work on their own initiative
• Handling general enquiries
• Liaising with suppliers and customers
• General office duties e.g. data inputting, compiling reports, filing and related duties


Qualifications / Experience

• An ‘A’ level standard of education or at least one year experience working in a clerical role
• Have excellent verbal and written communication both in Maltese and English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
• Must be well organised and with a good eye for detail
