Clinic Receptionist

Job Details


As the main receptionist, you will be responsible for the day to day management of our private healthcare clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking bookings over the phone and face-to-face using our booking software. (training will be provided)
- Assist with basic accounting such as data inputting, scanning and filing invoices.
- Assist clinicians in day to day running of the clinic
- Provide top notch customer care.
- Maintain general appearance and tidiness of the premises
- Assist with e-marketing strategies including updating our Facebook and Instagram pages, mail- shots etc. (training will be provided).
 

Qualifications / Experience


- Confidence in using a PC/Windows applications/Gmail/typing is a must.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written are a must.
- Knowledge of the Maltese language is preferable.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Willingness to learn basic accounting skills, general administration and e-marketing is essential.
