E are seeking to employ an office clerk / administrative assistant / legal assistant for our Sliema based office. Duties will include general office duties such as mail handling, receiving clients and suppliers, office orders, copying, scanning etc. as well as assisting the other members of staff with sorting, compiling, handling, forwarding and filing of legal and tax forms and documents on a very basic level. The role will be mostly internally and direct client contact will be very limited. Fluent / native level English is must, Maltese is a plus. Available immediately. Starting salary 18k per annum.
