Ideal candidates will be responsible in dealing with customer's queries via email, chat, Facebook and twitter. 

Qualifications / Experience

-Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
-Able to type fast and score 35WPM
-Available to start employment from the 3 week of May 2017
-Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Be able to handle complaints via phone,emails, live chat, Facebook and Twitter
-Flexible to work on shift basis rostered between Monday to Sunday
