Accounts Clerk

Job Details

Duties will include but not limited to;
Perform day-to-day general office duties; daily deposits, checking and posting of supplier invoices and payments; posting of customer payments reconcile petty cash on a monthly basis, assisting with end of month routines and reporting requirements; and complete other tasks as assigned by the management.

Qualifications / Experience

The ideal candidate should be in possession of an O Level standard of Education including Maths, English and Maltese. An O Level standard in Accounts would be considered an asset.
Computer literacy and experience in Microsoft Excel.
Previous experience of working in a clerical or administrative role in an office environment.
Willing to learn.
