We are one of the best provider specializing in the management of strategic activities surrounding customer relations and customer support for online trading financial products.
Currently we are looking for fluent French Speaking Compliance (Customer Service) Agent(s), who is (are) looking to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for further professional and personal development.
-Provide first line customer support
-Obtain client information by answering telephone calls, chats, live calls
-Verify the received information/documents by following the compliance procedure
-Determine eligibility of the information/documents received and upload the relevant documentation into the system
-Respond clients queries in an efficient and effective manner
-Follow up on clients and maintain good relationship
-Working closely with other internal departments resolving customer queries


Qualifications / Experience

-Previous experience in Customer Service an advantage
-Good communication skills
-accurate eye for detail
-Fluent French
