Job Details

Main duties will include:

• General office duties (filing, office upkeep, using programs such as Excel, Word)
• Taking client orders by phone and processing invoices
• Assisting in local and overseas procurement from established suppliers
• Supporting the team with follow ups
• Basic accounts-related duties
• Updating social media and company website 

Qualifications / Experience

- Fluent command of Maltese and English

- Use of Microsoft Office mainly Word, Excel and Outlook

- Experience in a similar role within an import/export environment will be considered an asset
