Technical Support officer (Client facing)


Job Details is a leading iGaming supplier developing in-house software used in the online gambling and forex industries. Our clients include high profile gaming companies in Europe, Australia, North America and Africa.

To keep up with the fast pace of growth, we require the services of individuals who can form part of our crack technical team to support our clients. 

Qualifications / Experience

• MySQL knowledge - ability to understand a database layout and relationships, construct complex queries, manage tables & indexes
• PHP 5 - good level of knowledge would be a plus
• Self-motivated and resourceful - must be able to be prepared to seek out a solution by investigation
• Jira / Confluence experience a plus
• Customer support focussed with good communication skills
• Organised and methodical - can juggle many
