An exciting new position has arisen with an established yachting company in Malta. If you are a well organised individual, then this may be the role for you.

Organization Boatcare Trading Limited is an established one-stop yachting company that takes care of its client’s yachting needs in Malta.

The Accounts Clerk will be reporting to the managing director.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Administration duties.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient running of the office / shop.
• Responding to clients’ queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that the directors are kept fully aware of any relevant enquiries from clients and / or other departments.
• Data inputting.
• Invoicing.
• Credit control.
• Tracking supply and purchase orders.
• Assisting in the preparation of department budgets and expenses.
• Assisting the sales functions wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships with team members.

Qualifications / Experience

• Smart, confident, highly organised and flexible individual who is able to manage an office / shop with minimum supervision.
• Good attention to detail, be proactive and determined in achieving results.
• Computer literate especially in the use of MS Office and SAGE Line 50
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Italian and Maltese. Knowledge in any other language will be considered an asset.
• Own transport and a clean driving license is required
